自創作に関する二次創作についてのガイドラインを設けましたので、なんかかいたるか…という時にご一読ください。

◆二次創作について

有智子の作品（原作）を元に翻案（二次創作）することを許可しています。

※ここでいう二次創作にはイラストを描く（ファンアート=FA）・漫画を描く・小説を書く・楽曲の作成等の創作活動が含まれます。

その際、以下の注意事項をご確認いただき、また禁止事項に抵触しないようにしてください。

◆注意事項

・二次創作を公開する際は原作者およびその連絡先、元となるキャラクター名を明記してください。

※あなたの一次創作ではないということがわかるように記載してください。

※かならずしも作品を原作者に知らせる必要はありません（特に、if、夢、存在しないカップリングのような原作設定から大きく逸脱した二次創作を作成した場合、原作者が歓迎するとは限りません。が、受け手の解釈を制限することはしません）が、一般にファンアートのような他者解釈された作品をいただくことは喜ばしいことですので、ぜひ一報をご検討ください。

・投稿する媒体（SNS等）の規約やルールを守ってください。

センシティブなイラストはNSFW設定しラベルを貼る、ワンクッション置くなど

◆禁止事項

以下のような二次創作は禁じます。

・営利目的

・公序良俗に反する内容

・法令に違反する内容

・実在する人・団体・属性への誹謗中傷・ヘイトを含む内容

・原作および原作者を著しく貶める内容（過度に原作と乖離した内容）

・原作を転載・二次利用して作成すること

また二次創作をするにあたり以下の行為は禁じます

・イラスト等を生成AIのトレーニングに使用する

・生成AIで二次創作物を生成する

基本的に二次創作OKです！

公開時は原作情報を記載の上、節度ある内容を、良識ある判断で発表してください。

一個人のオリジナル創作を愛していただけること、たいへんありがたく思っております。

I've established guidelines regarding derivative works based on my original creations. Please read them when you feel like creating something.

◆Regarding Derivative Works
I permit the creation of derivative works (adaptations) based on my original works (the source material).

※Secondary creations/Derivative works include creative activities such as drawing illustrations (fan art = FA), creating comics, writing novels, composing music, etc.

When doing so, please review the following notes and ensure you do not violate the prohibited actions.

◆Notes

・When publishing secondary creations, clearly state the original creator and their contact information, along with the names of the source characters.

※Please indicate that it is not your original creation.

※You are not required to notify the original creator about your work (especially if your derivative work significantly deviates from the original setting, such as featuring alternate scenarios, your original characters in my creations, or pairing that does not exist in the original work; the original creator may not welcome such works. However, we do not restrict the interpretation of the audience). That said, receiving fan art and other interpretations from others is generally welcomed, so please consider notifying them.

・Comply with the terms and rules of the platform (e.g., SNS) where you post.

For sensitive illustrations, set them to NSFW, add labels, or provide a warning.

◆Prohibited Actions

The following types of derivative works are prohibited:

・For profit

・Content violating public order and morals

・Content violating laws and regulations

・Content containing slander, defamation, or hate speech against real individuals, organizations, or attributes

・Content significantly disparaging the original work or creator (content excessively diverging from the original)

・Creation using reprinted or secondary use of the original work

Additionally, the following actions are prohibited when creating derivative works:

・Using illustrations, etc., for training generative AI

・Generating derivative works using generative AI

◆Summary

Derivative works are generally permitted!

When publishing, please include the original work's information and present content with discretion and sound judgment.

I'm deeply grateful for your appreciation of an individual's original creations.
