ご依頼内容を確認させていただき、金額を提示させていただきます。
お見積りのみでも問題ございません。

②発注
ご依頼金額、納期などを決定させていただき、実際に製作開始となります。
必要に応じて、zoom会議などへ参加させていただきます。
※製作開始前に、使用用途に合ったサイズとなっているか、ご確認ください。
③ラフの提示
ご依頼内容に沿って、簡単な完成予想図（ラフ）を提示させていただきます。
※必要に応じて、構図のみの大まかな図、色まで決定したカラーの完成予想図を提示いたします。
イラストの完成イメージと異なる箇所が無いか、ご確認ください。
④製作開始
線画、下塗り、本塗りの順で作業を進めます。
必要に応じて、各工程毎に進捗をご連絡いたします。
※北神の場合、線画工程に制作時間の多くを置いております。
あらかじめご了承ください。
⑤確認
完成作品をご連絡いたします。
依頼内容に沿ったイラストとなっているかご確認いただきます。
※当初のご依頼内容と異なる修正をご希望の場合、追加料金が発生いたします。
あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
⑥納品
納品書と合わせ、作品をご連絡いたします。
30日以内は制作データを保存しておりますので、ご質問等ございましたらご連絡くださいませ。

お支払いは、銀行振り込みでお願いしております。

Flow of request
(1) Estimate.
We will confirm the details of your request and provide you with a price.
We are happy to provide you with an estimate only.
◆Please provide us with the following information.
🌸Size of illustration *If already known.
🌸Intended use (personal use, YouTube, etc.)
🌸Design drawing or image
🌸Full body or upper body only, etc.
🌸Number of people in the illustration
🌸Delivery date (when do you need it by?)
🌸Budget
(2) Ordering
After deciding on the amount of the order, delivery date, etc., the actual production will start.
Before starting production, please confirm that the size of the product is suitable for the intended use.
(3) Presentation of rough sketch
We will present you with a simple rough sketch of the finished product in accordance with the details of your request.
*If necessary, we will present you with a rough sketch of the composition only, or a colour rough sketch of the finished illustration in which even the colours have been decided upon.
Please check that there are no differences from the finished image of the illustration.
4) Start of production
Work proceeds in the following order: line drawing, underpainting and final painting.
If necessary, we will inform you of the progress at each stage of the process.
In the case of Kitagami, most of the production time is spent on the line drawing process.
Please understand this in advance.
(5) Confirmation
We will inform you of the completed work.
Please confirm that the illustration is in line with the content of the request.
If you wish to make changes that differ from the original request, an additional fee will be charged.
Please understand this in advance.
(6) Delivery
We will inform you of the work together with a delivery note.
