■ 個人依頼での版権キャラ、二次創作は受け付けておりません。
⚠️公式にて二次創作/商業利用可の許可が出ている作品に限りご相談可。
■ 如何なる問題が発生しても当方は一切の責任を負いかねます。
■ 私が制作した全てのイラストについて、イラスト自動生成ツールの素材として使用する事は如何なることでも固く禁止致します。
■ 無断転載、無断使用、自作発言、二次配布、トリミング加工、盗用、商用利用、NFT、著作権讓渡を禁止します。
（商用利用、著作権譲渡については相談可）

■ 納品絵は依頼主様のみ保存、及び使用用途に従ってご使用になれます。
■ 納品絵以外のイラストは、個人観賞用として保存可能です。
■ 如何なる場合でも私は著作権を破棄致しません。
■ 品質向上の為、多少の絵柄ブレがございますご了承ください。

■We do not accept copyrighted characters or derivative works for individual requests.

■We are not responsible for any problems that may occur.
■I strictly prohibit the use of any of my illustrations as material for automatic illustration generation tools in any way.
■Unauthorised reproduction, unauthorised use, self-written remarks, secondary distribution, cropping, plagiarism, commercial use, NFT and copyright transfer are prohibited.
(Commercial use and transfer of copyright can be discussed).

⚠️ Please note that even if the copyright is transferred, the moral rights of the author remain with the author.
■Only the client can save the delivered picture and use it according to the intended use.
■Illustrations other than the delivered picture can be saved for personal viewing.
■I will not destroy the copyright in any case.
■Please note that there may be some blurring of the picture for the sake of quality improvement.
