1. はじめに

当ポートフォリオにご訪問いただき、作品をご覧いただきありがとうございます。

当ポートフォリオに掲載しているすべての作品は、乙部桜によるオリジナル作品です。

本ガイドラインでは、乙部桜が制作した作品の利用・共有に関するルールと禁止事項を定めています。

乙部桜が制作した作品を閲覧または利用する場合は、本ガイドラインに同意したものとみなします。

2. 著作権について

乙部桜が販売する複製画のご購入は、著作権その他の知的財産権の譲渡を意味するものではありません。

乙部桜によるすべての作品・画像・文章などの著作権は、特に明記がない限り作者に帰属します。

著作権法で保護されており、無断での使用は固く禁じます。

3. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

* 作者の許可なく作品を複製、転載、再配布すること

* 作品を商用利用すること

* 作品を改変、加工、二次配布すること

* 作品をNFTやAI学習データなどに使用すること

* 作品を自作として偽ること

* 誹謗中傷、政治・宗教目的で利用すること

4. 共有について

作品を紹介・共有したい場合は、次の条件を満たす場合に限りリンクを掲載できます。

* 作者名を明記すること

* 作品のウォーターマークやサインを削除・改変しないこと

* 画像ファイル自体を再アップロードせず、当ポートフォリオまたは乙部桜が運用する各SNSのリンクを使用すること

5. 利用のご相談について

作品を出版物・展示などで利用したい場合は、

事前に当ポートフォリオ内のお問い合わせフォームまたはメールにてご連絡ください。

6. 免責事項

本ガイドラインの内容は、予告なく変更・更新される場合があります。

7. 二次創作について

乙部桜による作品をもとにした二次創作作品自体は歓迎します。

ただし、以下の条件を守ってください。

*二次創作作品を乙部桜の許可なくインターネット上に公開・配布しないでください。

* 作者本人である乙部桜への送付は可能です。お問い合わせフォーム、メール、またはSNSのDMを通じてお送りいただけます。

* 元となる乙部桜が制作した作品へのリスペクトを常に心がけてください。

*登場キャラクターのイメージを著しく損なう表現、公序良俗に反する内容はご遠慮ください。

* 学習内容を問わず、生成AIを用いて制作された二次創作作品の制作および公開の一切を禁止します。

* 二次創作作品の著作権は創作者に帰属しますが、元となる作品の著作権は乙部桜に帰属します。

7. Regarding Derivative Works

Derivative works based on works by Sakura Otobe are welcome.

However, please adhere to the following conditions:

* Do not publish or distribute derivative works online without Sakura Otobe's permission.

* You may send them to the creator, Sakura Otobe, via the contact form, email, or SNS DM.

* Always strive to show respect for the original work created by Sakura Otobe.

* Refrain from expressions that significantly damage the image of the characters or content that violates public order and morals.

* The creation and publication of any derivative works made using generative AI, regardless of learning content, is strictly prohibited.

* While copyright for derivative works belongs to the creator, copyright for the original work belongs to Sakura Otobe.
