ご納品までの流れ
【個人・同人のお客様の場合】
1. ご依頼・お見積り【キャラクターの詳細/ご希望納期/ご予算/ご使用用途/制作サイズ・納品形式/実績公開の可否/著作権の譲渡・商用利用の有無(こちらにつきましては別途相談させていただきます)】
2. カラーラフの提出・リテイク(2回～3回)
3. 完成データの納品、内容の確認
4. 納品完了
5. ご請求書の提出
6. ご記載の指定口座へのお支払い
※リテイクが発生した際、少しでもイメージの相違が発生した場合はお気軽にご相談ください。
※多くのリテイクが発生した場合、納期のご相談をさせていただく可能性がございます。
※ご依頼の際は上記のことをご記載の上、ご連絡お願いいたします。
※ご予算のご提示がない場合、メールのご返信をいたしかねます。
【企業様の場合】

・What you want to use it for (We would appreciate it if you could describe the paper size, delivery format, etc., as these will vary depending on the intended use of the product).
・Production size and delivery format (If you mention it, we will create it for you).
・Can I publish the results?

*We will not reply to emails with requests for which you have not provided a budget.

Flow of delivery
【For individual and coterie customers】
1. Request and estimate【Character details / desired delivery date / budget / intended use / production size and delivery format / whether or not results will be made public / whether or not copyrights will be transferred or used commercially(We will discuss this separately.)】
2. Submission of color roughs and retakes (Retakes are limited to two or three.)
3. Delivery of finished data and confirmation of content
4. Completion of delivery
5.Submission of invoice
6. Payment to the designated account
*When retakes occur, please feel free to consult with us if there is even a slight discrepancy in the image.
*If a large number of retakes occur, we may need to consult with you about the delivery date.
*Please contact us with the above information when making a request.
*We will not be able to reply to your e-mail if you do not provide a budget.
【For companies】
