BookLive Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") recognizes the social responsibility of Xfolio and establishes guidelines for smooth service operation and sound service provision. Please note that these guidelines are rules set independently by the Company, and may be changed arbitrarily at the Company's own discretion due to changes in society and the environment.

These Guidelines apply to all users of Xfolio. Unless otherwise specified in these Guidelines, the Terms and Conditions shall apply to all matters not specified in these Guidelines, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Guidelines. Unless otherwise defined in these Guidelines, terms used in these Guidelines shall have the same definitions as in the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Submission Information and Age Restrictions
    1. The Company will check and determine whether the information posted by Creators (including the titles, descriptions and images of the Works, Products, etc. posted or sold on the Service, as well as the user icons in the profile settings of the My Page) falls under the Prohibited Posting Information stipulated in Article 17 of the Common Terms and the information posted or sold under each individual agreement (collectively, the "Prohibited Posting Information, etc.").
    2. At the time when the Company determines that the information posted by the creator corresponds to information that is prohibited from being posted, the Company will set an age limit on the posted information ("R18" or "R18 (grotesque)" on the relevant work or product, or on Portfolio itself). will be displayed), or take measures such as suspension of use of the Service, restrictions, deletion of accounts, and forced suspension of distribution and sales, etc. In addition, if the product is in the middle of a transaction with the purchaser, we will immediately cancel the transaction at the same time. If we take the above measures, we are not obligated to disclose the reason.
  2. Examples of Age Restrictions Required
    Creators are required to select "R18" or "R18 Grotesque" as the age restriction when posting information that falls under the following categories ("R18 Data") on Xfolio. Even if "All Ages" is selected, we will change the age restriction to "R18" or "R18 Grotesque" at our discretion as soon as we determine that viewing or purchasing is inappropriate for users under the age of 18.
    1. Predominantly for the purpose of arousing sexual curiosity
    2. Scenes representing sexual activity or with clothing removed.
    3. Sexually related or expressive, evoking the exposure of genitalia and the joining or joining of genitalia or sexual activity
    4. Violent scenes, ideas, imitative expressions (including expressions that are likely to cause or encourage crimes), or highly suggestive
    5. Items that may violate laws and regulations or public order and morals (public indecency, etc.)
    6. Other contents that we deem inappropriate for users under the age of 18.
  3. The need for mosaic processing
    1. Creators are responsible for appropriate self-imposed restrictions and concealment (hereinafter referred to as "Mosaic Processing") in order to ensure that their R18 data does not violate any laws or regulations when posted or sold, etc.
    2. When we review your submission information, we will verify the following

        1. Contains outlines and obscured details based on visual judgment
        2. Not in a state where it is technically possible to restore the original expression.
        3. The size of the mosaic cell must be processed at least 4 square pixels.
        4. When the long dimension of the entire image is 400 pixels or more, the mosaic processing shall be performed for the area requiring mosaic processing, with the size of 1% or more multiplied by the long dimension of the entire image.
        5. If the treatment is to be changed to a mosaic treatment by using sticky paint, white liquid, or a pattern, it must be done in all areas where mosaic treatment is required.

If we determine that any of the following items apply to you, we may immediately take measures such as suspending or restricting use of the service, deleting your account, or deleting the relevant posted information. If the posted information is in the process of a transaction with a purchaser, the transaction will also be immediately cancelled. If we take any of the above measures, we are not obligated to disclose the reason for such measures.

  1. When excessive exposure is involved or when genitalia or sexual activity is strongly implied
  2. If there is a risk of infringement of a third party's rights, damage to reputation, or offensive to public order and morals
  3. If the subject is a minor
  4. When unauthorized photography is conducted without permission
  5. Excessive expressions related to criminal acts such as drugs, rape, restraints, etc., hypnosis, bondage, etc., as well as violent expressions, or expressions that are highly dangerous or irritating.
  6. When we deem it inappropriate in light of social morals and ethics, etc.

6. use as a purchaser

  1. Purchase and Cancellation
    1. In purchasing the Products and full-size download files (hereinafter referred to as the "Products, etc.") and subscribing to the Support Plan, Members shall understand and comply with the individual store function terms, individual full-size download function terms, individual fan community function terms, and related laws and regulations, and shall fulfill the following obligations You must fulfill the following obligations.
      1. To understand the description, nature, etc. of the Products, etc. and the purpose of the Support Funds, etc. prior to purchase.
      2. To pay for the purchased Goods, etc., and any additional support, as well as the support money.
      3. You agree that you may not cancel the purchased products, additional support, or the support paid, except in cases approved by the Company before making the purchase.
      4. Downloading DL Contents or full-size downloadable files as soon as possible after purchase.
      5. Receipt of the Product, excluding DL Content, after purchase of the Product
      Even if a Member is unable to download purchased DL Contents or full-size downloadable files due to the termination of sales, etc., the Member may not file any objection or claim for refund, etc. with the Creator or the Company.
    2. We will determine whether or not to approve the cancellation of the purchase of the Products and the payment of the Support Payment in each case, taking into consideration various circumstances and other factors. Therefore, even if we approve a cancellation, we do not guarantee that we will approve cancellations for the same reason or circumstances after the date of approval.
    3. In the event that a member makes multiple requests for cancellation to the Company, the member agrees in advance that the Company may take measures such as suspending or restricting the use of the service or deleting the account.
    4. If a member's actions cause damage to the Company or other members, the member agrees in advance that the member is obligated to compensate the Company or other members for such damage.
